Faith M. Badger, 89, of Savannah-Gardner Road, Shenango Township, died at 5:20 p.m. March 8, 2006, in Golden Hill Nursing Home.
Born Nov. 19, 1916, in Hilliard, Pa., she was a daughter of the late John W. and Melinda Deal Stewart. She was adopted by the late Clyde and Ermina Stewart Smith.
She was married to Chester M. Badger. He died May 27, 2000.
Mrs. Badger was a member of Savannah United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, David W. and Judith Badger of New Galilee, and Donald E. and Marilyn Badger of New Castle; three brothers, Edward Stewart of Florida, Glen Stewart of Arizona and Herbert Stewart of Hermitage; two sisters, Vallie Mitchell of New Wilmington and MaryLou Lang of Florida; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Badger, Keith Badger, Paul Badger and Jennifer Badger; and four great-grandchildren, Daniel Badger, Molly Badger, Alden Badger and Emily Sarver.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher L. Badger in 1987; five brothers, William Stewart, James Stewart, Jack Stewart, Harry Stewart and Charles Stewart; and two sisters, Muriel Oldham and Willa Davis.
Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Turner-Myers Funeral Home, 208 N. Jefferson St. A service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Mark Goswick of Savannah United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
